Important information

There have been a few questions lately about qualifying for the world titles and state titles etc,

Surfing Vic have been in touch with me and I will pass on this information.

Kneeboard Surfing Victoria are running the sanctioned kneeboard state titles and all surfers are to be members of surfing australia. At the end of the season we have to submit all our results to surfing vic to determine the state champion. Surfing vic will also produce a list of eligible surfers who have qualified for the world titles. If you are not a member of surfing Australia, you will not be on that list and you will not be qualified for the world titles. Also if you have not paid your fees to kneeboard surfing vic you will not be on the list.

All KSA events also expect surfers to be members of surfing Australia and so to qualify for the world titles from any state you must be a member of surfing Australia. So to make it simple, to represent Australia in surfing , you must be a member of surfing Australia.

So please , to avoid any problems please make sure you have a current membership. If there is anything else you would like to know or questions , please contact me.
